| The School of Economics and Management at the Catholic University of Portugal, Lisbon Portugal (FCEE, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisboa) invites applications for a full-time tenure track Assistant Professor of Marketing position starting September 2010. The School is a leading European educational institution with internationalization priorities and a strong focus on research productivity. In the past three years the school has been rising in the executive education ratings of Financial Time and is one of the 35 business schools worldwide to be accredited by all three management education associations (EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB).
The position involves teaching Marketing subjects in English at the undergraduate, M.Sc. or MBA levels, and potentially in the executive education programs. The school places a strong emphasis on the creation of knowledge, and promotes its dissemination through the publication in top journals. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.
Qualifications: Candidates must be ABD (with a clear plan for completion by September 1, 2010) from a marketing Ph.D. degree program. The ideal candidate should have a solid research program targeted for top refereed journals in the field of Marketing.
